Christian Petracca on Instagram: "My take on @sezzy.brown roasted salmon & greens salad Ingredients: * 500 g salmon skinless, cut into cubes * 2 broccoli cut into small florets * 1 bunch of asparagus, sliced * 1 green cabbage, quartered * 200g edamame, thawed * 2 tablespoon olive oil * 1 teaspoon sea salt * 1 teaspoon pepper * 2 tbsp almonds, lightly toasted in a pan * Jasmine rice Sesame Dressing * 2 tablespoon soy sauce * 2 tablespoon sesame seeds * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 2 teaspoon sesame oil * 1 tsp honey Instructions * Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper. * Place the salmon in the centre of the tray, surrounded by the sliced vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until the vegetables become crispy

Place the feta cheese in the middle, skin the salmon fillets, cut into 2-3 cm thick pieces and distribute around the cheese. Cut half a red onion into rings, place on top of the feta cheese and drizzle olive oil over it. Now spread the cream over it and season with thyme, salt and pepper. Finally, add some lemon juice and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Take the salmon spinach mixture out of the oven and add 1 ladle of pasta water.

Salmon with Creamy Leeks & Butterbeans Ingredients Serves 2 1 tbsp olive oil 2 leeks, washed, sliced 1 garlic clove, minced 2 x 400g tins butter beans, rinsed and drained 300ml vegetable stock 4 tbsp half-fat creme fraiche 2 tsp plain flour, use gf if required 2 large handfuls spinach, chopped 40g grated parmesan 2 salmon fillets Chopped fresh flat leaf parsley Chopped fresh chives Juice and zest 1 lemon Method 1. Heat the oil in a pan then add the leeks with a pinch of salt and cook for 5-10 minutes until softened 2. Add in garlic and cook for 1 minute more 3. Achim Oecal on Instagram: "Frischkäse Lachs Rollen Alles was du brauchst: 1 Blätterteig Zucchini 150 g Frischkäse 150 g Räucherlachs Dill Olivenöl Pfeffer 1 Ei Zucchini waschen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Blätterteig ausrollen und mit Frischkäse bestreichen. Den Blätterteig in 8-10 Streifen teilen. Nun die Zucchini Scheiben auf die Streifen verteilen. Dann den Lachs über die Zucchini legen. Mit Dill und Pfeffer würzen. Die Streifen einrollen und in eine mit Olivenöl eingefettete Muffinform legen. Die Rollen mit Ei bepinseln und für ca. 20 Minuten bei 200 Grad Celsius Umluft im vorgeheizten Backofen backen. Die Backzeit kam je nach Ofen variieren. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. To a small baking dish (I used a staub 7 by 5), drizzle the olive oil on the dish and add the spinach, & orzo. Then top with the salmon fillet. 3. Coriander to garnish Method: Pan fry the salmon until cooked through. Remove the salmon and fry up onion, garlic & ginger. Add the curry paste and coconut milk to the sauce. Stir to combine. Add the snow peas and spinach, then add fish sauce. Stir through and serve over rice and place salmon on top."
