Ingredients • 1 broccoli in florets cooked in salted water • 100g parmesan cheese (or vegetarian alternative) • Olive oil • Salt • paprika sweet Preparation 🥦 • 1 Cook broccoli so that it is not too mushy but can be easily mashed on a baking sheet. • 2 Place florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and mash with a glass. • 3 Coat with a mixture of olive oil, salt and paprika noble sweet. • 4 Sprinkle grated parmesan over the top and bake in the oven at 220 degrees until the broccoli is nice and crispy around the edges.
