The most impressive way to bring rolls to a family gathering.  I used a family butter roll recipe, filled the rolls with homemade pestos and used the tutorial in this picture.  Surprisingly EASY and so fantastic!

Chocolate Brownies (low GI) (Thermomix)  Wet ingredients    1 can butter beans, canned 400g can drained  2 eggs   35 grams coconut oil   25 grams milk Can be any kind soy, almond or even water  1 teaspoon vanilla extract   100 grams Rice malt syrup     Dry ingredients    25 grams Cacoa Powder (if using cocoa add more)  150 grams blanched almonds or hazelnuts with skins removed  50 grams Shredded coconut   1 teaspoon baking powder

Buckwheat Chocolate Cake with Thermomix  150g Buckwheat grain 2 Eggs (small) 65g Olive oil 120g almond milk 50g Molasses or palm sugar 1 packet Stevia powder (optional) 15g Cocoa powder 1tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp vinegar 1/3 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla extract (for variation: add some hazelnut to grind with the buckwheat)
