Emotions Wheel. I receive a lot of questions about how to address emotional intelligence (EQ) and build emotional resilience in coachees. The Emotion Wheel Emotions do resemble color, they have their own shades and tints. The intensity of the color varies from each dimension of emotion. I find this to be an interesting chart and useful in identifying one’s emotion for self-awareness.
