This is part of my drive for losing weight. Not because he cares or thinks I should, but because I want to feel smaller than him. I'm fairly thin already, but he's stick thin with a very high metabolism. I like him how he is, and he likes me how I am. But i still want to be smaller..
Take two bite-size portions of your craving. Fill up glass of cold water. Eat your first bite. Chug the water. Wait 1-2 min, then eat second bite. This satisfies your craving & tricks your body into thinking it got full off junk (it’s WATER!)
