Shelley Owen on Instagram: "So, part of my “warm up” before I start painting on my bigger canvases, or just when I need a “break “ I get out my ‘play boards!’ I started these last year and whenever I have excess paint and just want to “doodle”, experiment with no objective other than to have fun, I play with these! Just pulled them out and decided to cut them up into 10cm blocks and wow! Now there are even more interesting things going on! Now I’m thinking of even more fun things to do with the
