Ingredients: Cheesesteak Mix: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced 1 tbsp olive oil 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 yellow onion, sliced 2 minced garlic cloves Salt and pepper to taste Tortellini and Sauce: 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 2 cups whole milk 1½ cups shredded provolone cheese ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional) Instructions: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté beef sirloin until browned; set aside. In the same skillet, cook bell peppers, onions, and garlic until softened. Season with salt and pepper. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
