Raw Mango and Chilli Kuta Ingredients - For ground masala - 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp coriander seeds 1 tbsp kalonji 1 tbsp fennel seeds 1 tbsp yellow mustard seeds 1 tbsp black mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds Others - 2 raw mango 8-10 chillies 6-7 cloves garlic Salt, to taste 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 cup mustard oil 1/2 tsp hing Instructions - Add all the ingredients mentioned for the masala in a pan, dry roast and grind into powder. Keep aside. Now add chopped raw mango, chillies and garlic cloves in a chopper and grind coarsely. Take it out in a bowl and add in salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and ground masala. Mix well and add hot mustard oil with hing. Mix well and store in the fridge.
