Apricot balls .   (You need a good food processor) a great sweet treat.   1/2 tbs chia made into a gel in 2tbs water 20 dried apricots 1/4 C cranberries (handful) 1C oats  Add all ingredients minus the chia and combine. Add the chia and watch it all come together.   Roll into small balls. I made 14 out of this. Set in the fridge overnight   #ohgoditakephotosoffood

Chunky Almond Basil Avocado Pesto Zoodles  1 bunch basil.  50g ish Parmesan (use the real stuff) Almonds (a good handful) (any other nut you like)  Avocado  Olive oil and salt   Process all together so you get the consistency you want. You have to add the oil as you go. I like mine quite dry  Make your zoodles. Then in a dry non stick frying pan combine everything till its warmed through.

Fruit Greek Yoghurt. Blend/blitz fresh or frozen fruit of your choice (this is mixed berries) with honey, mixed spice, coconut, chia seeds and Lindseeds. Mix with Greek yoghurt and freeze (or eat unfrozen) you have a nutritional flavoured you fury with no sugar or nasties. Mmmmm. Recess packed for the week.

Can't be bothered chicken.   Preheat oven to 180°C On a tray lined with baking paper add your chicken breast. Cover in sweet chilli sauce (or any sauce) and pop in the oven for 20ish min. (Make sure you check it's cooked)   Perfect for meal prep. Add capsicums if you want to make some wraps with it.   #ohgoditakephotosoffood

Cleansing juice   It's not a flavour I'm used to. I think fresh turmeric would probably be nicer. But it's nice none the less.   1/2 Apple 1/2 carrot 1/4 skin on lime or 1/2 orange 2 tsp turmeric Ginger Ice and water  You can drink it raw, but I strained it and it was delicious. So fresh.

Adults only ice cream   Get your fav vanilla ice cream. Stir in some chopped dates and a good helping of dessert wine. Put into a bread tin lined with cling wrap and refreeze. Yum

Homemade baked beans.   1can red kidney beans 1can borlotti beans 4 tomatoes (or 1-2 cans tomatoes)  1tub about 1/4 cup tomato paste 1onion  Salt/pepper  (If you have any left over salsa shove that in, you can also add chilli)   Chop and Soften the onion in oil or butter  Drain off and rinse the beans well. Add to the pot.  Blend the tomatoes (canned or fresh) add add the tomato paste and salsa if you have it.  Stir together carefully so the beans don't get squished. Simmer on a low heat 45…

Banana pancake/muffin/cake thing.   2 bananas (they are about the length of my hand) 2 eggs and a cup of quick oats. (Cinnamon if you want)   You can blitz the oats to a flour consistency (I do this) or leave whole. Combine the eggs and banana (I do mine in my Kmart version magic bullet) then add to the oats and stir. (Add cinnamon now if you want)  It's now up to you how you cook them.
