Tank only came in for a few days last week. He was a bit heat stressed and dehydrated so we fixed him up and he was good as gold! Except for when he bit Pat - then he was a naughty boy. He was an old fella (about 10 years old) and was found and released at Lismore High School in February 2014.

Jacob was with us for a few months so we were very happy to take him home to Lindendale. He had mild conjunctivitis and cystitis and it took us a little longer than expected to get the chlamydia out of his system. He always had a lot to say and loved his breakfast. He was released late February 2014.

Idris is a gorgeous big boy from Goonellabah - so handsome, he had conjunctivitis in just his right eye. He was an enthusiastic eater (look out Swamp Mahogany) and was very brave when it came time for his treatments. He was released in January 2014.

This gorgeous girl has visited us a few times. Firstly, in 2011 she was found very close to a major arterial road. She had a full check up, got an ear tag and was released away from the road in what we thought was a nice safe spot. Come December 2013, she came into care again with cystitis, 7km from where we dropped her off. Apparently, the spot we chose wasn't up to her standards! She was taken up to AZWH where she stayed until she was ready for release. Good luck girl!

This is Desley and she (with her joey Dixie) came into care early in the New Year (2014), struggling with heat stress. They have both been to the vet and while Dixie is very healthy, her Mum is anemic and thin. They will stay for a little while to allow her time to recover and gain some weight before we release them together.

Pirate had conjunctivitis in his left eye when he was rescued, henceforth, his name. He was a nervous patient who talked to his carers a lot, giving little squeaks whenever he had company. He spent some time in care at AZWH before his release back home in Monaltrie.

Alexander was a beautiful big boy rescued from Eureka with bad conjunctivitis. Even after nearly a months treatment with anti-biotics, his eye sight was still impaired due to cataracts. He was, however, able to see enough for him to be successfully released in June 2013.

Spartacus is a gorgeous big boy who was very quiet and gentle while in care. He was suffering from Cystitis but took his treatment very well and was released in January 2014 in Lismore.

Cuzac is a chilled out boy from Condong with mild conjunctivitis in his right eye. He's totally gorgeous and we all love him to pieces. His visit was a little longer than we had hoped when he developed complications and had to be sent to AZWH for treatment. He was released early 2014 in perfect health.

Jason is from Federal and was in care for a few weeks. You can see his left eye has a cataract but his right eye is perfect! He was very grumpy and difficult to treat but we loved him anyway.
