Ok friends, here's the recipe for my lemonberry chia Jam! ❤️ - 1.5 cups of mixed berries (I like strawberries and raspberries best). - 1.5 cups water - 1/2 lemon, juiced - 1-2 drops lemon essential oil. - 4 heaped tablespoons of sweetener. Easy guacamole for lunch today!  My recipe goes like this: smashed avo, a tsp or two of ACV, some crushed garlic, a few drops of lemon EO, a squeeze of lime juice (or a few drops of lime EO if you have no fresh limes), some red onion and a few cherry tomatoes to serve. I like eating mine with cruskits or on top of bruschetta!  Adding lemon or lime EO to your cooking and food is a great way to support your immune system! Blend until smooth and enjoy! ✨ (I had this plus one longevity capsule for breakfast. So good!). 💛 #sparkandseedsmoothies

So easy salads and smoothies are my jam - because they are quick but are still super great nutritionally - which is just what this breastfeeding mama needs! 👊😊 In the office today brainstorming, working on upcoming classes and designing team goodies while sipping on my favourite mango+berry smoothie with some added grapefruit EO! ❤️❤️❤️ What are your favourite EOs to add to drinks???…
