Scape Lincoln College Student Accommodation features retail and communal spaces on the ground and mezzanine levels, a rooftop recreational area on level 11, and a 13-level tower with 351 rooms, each equipped with a POD bathroom, kitchenette, appliances, study areas, and storage. Sphera’s Disc Pendant in RAL 1033 Dahlia Yellow custom colour perfectly blends in and illuminates the breakout areas.⁠
