Blanched Almonds It's so quick and easy to blanch and skin the almonds with your Thermomix. Put raw almonds in mixing bowl. Cover with water. Cook for 4 min / Varoma / reverse / speed 1. Drain using TM basket. The skins will just pop straight off with a tiny bit of pressure.
