Try this in June: Jenna Marbles ABS..Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. So worth it. Do it while the shower warms up! I like this because it's not too much; it's actually a do-able everyday workout!

CREAMY AVOCADO PASTA    1 medium sized ripe Avocado, pitted  1/2 lemon, juiced + lemon zest to garnish  2-3 garlic cloves, to taste  1/2 tsp kosher salt, or to taste  1/4 cup Fresh Basil, (optional)  2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil  2 servings/6 oz of your choice of pasta  Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
