I recently was reminded to focus on what my heart tells me, not my brain. To look after myself as much as I look after others. I was forced to stop and it couldn't have come at a better time. The message the universe was trying to get to me was that I am running into a direction you don't like. That I am trying to prove a point without even having been questioned by others. I was reminded that obstacles are much more easily shifted by passion and believe instead of force and stubbornness.
