Pie Maker Cinnamon Scrolls - quick and easy
Ingredients • - 300gm self raising flour • - 250gm Greek yoghurt • - 80gm apple sauce • - 40gm butter • - raw castor sugar • - cinnamon • - icing sugar - milk Method • 1. Mix self raising flour, yoghurt and apple sauce till dough forms. If more flour is needed at a little more. • 2. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll out to a rectangle shape approximately 1/2cm thick • 3. Melt butter. Brush over dough. Sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon. • 4. From one of the widest edges roll up. • 5. Cut into approximately 8 pieces • 6. Place in preheated Pie Maker. Cook for approximately 8-10mins • 7. Remove cinnamon scrolls and allow to cool slightly. • 8. Combine icing sugar and milk to form a slightly runny consistency. Runny enough to drizzle. • 9. Drizzle
