As Trim Healthy people, we don't have to be all or nothing! We can eat lots of veggies and some meat... We don't deprive ourselves, we don't do fads or extremes. We do eat real food, including meat. Using a hand portion guide (1 palm sized for women, depending upon your dietary needs) we have our meat, then fill the plate with veggies, including some leafy greens. Add some carbs or fat and yummo!
Egg yolks are a great source of lecithin. And there's an easy way to get the best bang for your buck when you cook them! Cooking to opaque destroys much of the lecithin whereas the lecithin is preserved when eating them as runny egg yolks. Lecithin is a particular fat that is needed by every living cell in the human body.
