4 bedroom floor plan. Love the kids' lounge that helps designate a whole wing for all their play things. Built in office/study is a plus, but I would open up the area between the LR and home theater to make one large family/entertainment space.
Like the concept of the kitchen being open to family areas, but having the "scullery" room more enclosed for messier activities. Saw a chef's home recently here in the states, and she did the same thing. Had sinks in both areas, but the big sink and dishwashers were in the scullery/pantry. Don't like seeing the bar stools from the entry.
