Chicken & Broccolini Laksa Ingredients12WBT Thai Laksa 1g Olive oil spray 1 tablespoon Laksa paste 2 cups Chicken stock 1 can Light coconut flavoured evaporated milk 200g Raw, lean chicken breast, thinly sliced 1 bunch Broccolini 120g Bean shoot 1/4 bunch Mint 1/4 bunch Fresh coriander 1 medium Lime, cut into wedges to serve
