Did something this weekend I haven't done for a very long time, developed and posted a recipe on Spooning Australia​. I had some Chilli and Cheese Kranskies from the Frenchs Forest Market​ and needed some greens in me, so voila - here is my recipe for KRANSKY AND GREENS MAC AND CHEESE - would also work a treat with chorizo :). Here is the culmination of one year of eating ‪#‎burgers‬, 95 burgers eaten, 89 reviewed, mostly all worshipped. These are my favourite, my top 10 burgers of the last year of indulgence. Thanks to the peeps at NMG l Niche Marketing Group​ I got to try out the new Mission Foods AU​ Soft & Fluffy Wraps. Love them and eating them regularly since my freebie - great for wraps, sweet dishes, savoury dishes and did you know astronauts eat wraps as opposed to bread because no crumbs!! Thanks to the peeps at Pan Macmillan Australia​ I got to review the new cookbook THE SIMPLE SECRETS from Mr Cravat Matt Preston​ and it makes my top 5 cookbooks of all time - I BLOODY LOVE THIS THING. I test cooked a 6hrs slow roasted "Vietnamese Roast Pork with a rather odd rhubarb and fish sauce caramel" that we served banh mi style #epic. Everything in the book is practical and the cooking tips can be used for generations.  http://spooningaustralia.com/the-simple-secrets/
