I literally have this 2-3 times every week at least! This keto diet recipe is perfect for weight loss and full of healthy food options. You can add any variety of veggies you like as per your preference. 1. Boil water and add broccoli, beans, and carrot. You can even add sweet corn here. Boil these for 5 minutes. Strain and keep aside. 2. Heat 1 tsp olive oil and add 1 tsp chopped garlic and mixed bell peppers. Sauté on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Add the boiled veggies, salt, 1 tsp oregano, and mix.
