Slow cooker YIAH crispy skin duck. 2.1kg duck. I dried the duck, and stuffed with diced capsicum, onion, YIAH lemon pepper and lemon quarters. Coated & rubbed with YIAH Maple balsamic & YIAH Chinese five spice. Placed potatoes, apple and carrot in bottom of slow cooker with duck sitting on top. Cooking on low for 8 hrs.... Transfer to baking dish and cook on high in oven to create crispy skin & roasted veges.| Duck meat is so tender and just falls off the bone.
