A delicious Sunday breakfast. Zoe bought a large mushroom, cracked an egg in it and baked it for ten minutes. Then she made a side of tomato, garlic and goats cheese. It was a terrific way to start a Sunday.
Here's a treat for the approaching Christmas season sugar fest. Zoe's Peanut Butter Chocs. I can attest to genuinely demolishing these bad boys. Made only with coconut oil, cacao and peanut butter. Recipe is now up on our website. www.thatsugarfilm.com

This avocado and banana smoothie is a great start to the day and is also a handy option for people trying to transition away from soft drinks or juices. Its a great choice for kids when they get home from school too. A banana, an avocado and some water in the blender will easily serve 2. Simple and sustaining.
Here is Zoe's recipe for the Raw Rainbow Cake. This cake does contain some fructose but for a once a year birthday treat its a whole lot healthier than the other 'once a yearers' out there. This makes an entire cake that serves an army of children (and adults) - Full recipe available here As requested, here is Zoe's recipe for the Raw Rainbow Cake. http://mad.mn/rawrainbow
Amazing Raw Rainbow Cake created by Zoe. The key is to not tell people whats in it before they take a bite. I had severe doubts about this one but it was sensational. Beetroot for the pink layer, spirulina and peas for the green, tumeric and bee pollen for yellow and sweet potato for the orange. All with a cashew and chia seed base. I doff my hat to you Zoe, I thought we had taken our sugar free hippie raw cake that few steps too far. I stand corrected.
Catering for 4 vegetarians today. Zoe pumped out this Moroccan vegetable platter. So easy and went down a treat. Chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, chopped apple, sweet potato, asparagus, cauliflower, moroccan spice mix and topped with warm pine nuts. She served it with a dressing made from yoghurt and olive oil. It's a keeper.
