Elmo Jello cups! Think of all the other Sesame characters you could make.

While we don't need to do Elmo (we could... ;-) the idea of making cheaper plates nicer by adding a crown or some decoration on the edges is something.

Eyes--mini marshmallows cut in half with black icing for pupil Nose -orange jello bean Mouth-half of a Oreo or chocolate type cookie For the icing I just added a lot of red food coloring to a basic white frosting from store then put it in pastry bag with a star tip Voila!
