Featuring banded red carnelian hand fossicked from our local creek in the Northern Rivers NSW. I collected this gemstone during an amazing fossicking adventure at our local creek. The rough, waxy stone is cut and polished right here in my studio in the Northern Rivers. I then shape and solder a combination of sterling and fine silver to make these local stones into a really special ‘statement piece’ of jewellery. These are sibling stones which means they are cut from the same stone and perfect for earrings. The open back design ensures they are so lightweight, comfortable and catch the sun rays. Locally found gemstones and locally made jewellery you can wear everyday or on a special occasion. Fresh and quirky shapes you’ll only get at The Fossick.
