We get it, anything with double chocolate or salted caramel definitely wins. But maybe just ONCE you could go for something different, like biscotti! If you’re having a morning or afternoon tea thing over the festive season we recommend baking up a batch to serve with tea and coffee. Yes, serve this biscotti with a cup of coffee and you’ll create some kind of magic.

When I think about my relationship with food, a few personal guidelines come to mind. Focus on eating as much wholesome, real food as possible. Don’t eliminate food groups unless you have allergies. Don’t stress about meal times or restrict portions. Eat when you’re hungry, and yes, go out for that delicious ‘unhealthy’ dinner. Embrace the love and fun in food. Don’t eat when you’re not hungry (doesn’t happen so much when you have less restriction). Stay hydrated. And if you feel like it, enjoy that glass of wine, especially when it’s shared in great company and paired with fantastic food.

Paleo Breakfast Granola Recipe
Everyone LOVES a good Paleo Breakfast Granola. This one is super yummy as it’s full of coconut, pumpkin seeds, cashews and sunflower seeds! Nom! We actually made this big batch for a brunch we hosted and served it with homemade cashew milk! Everyone went crazy for it, going back for thirds and fourths! We’d recommend you don’t do this… granola is dangerously addictive! So make a batch, and be sure you eat it over a 1-2 week period, depending on how big your household is!
