Do you know what! These paleo pumpkin, carrot and bacon fritters are delicious! Perfect for weekend breakfast (or any meal really!). We made them with our mini merrymaker (aka our intern!) and she loved them too! We think they’d make the best addition to a brunch gathering. You can definitely make them the night before and serve them cold or make a big batch and keep them warm in the oven before your guests arrive!

Now we make stuff like this Easy Low Carb Sundried Tomato Bread. Yes, it’s low carb bread! Not only do our taste buds love it but we feel good after we eat it! This bread is grain free, gluten free, sugar free and low carb. This bread won’t make you feel sick after (unless you’re allergic to eggs… or any of the other ingredients).

We’ve always loved food so this explains why heaps of our childhood memories are about… food. We have so many fond memories of the humble cherry tomato. Like helping Mum unpack the groceries and eating the whole punnet while unpacking… coz we needed the sustenance (unpacking groceries is hard work ;)).

Healthy Super Cheesy Sweet Potato Fries
Oh. Yep we did this. We made these super cheesy sweet potato fries and went to food heaven for like at least 20 minutes. They were INSANE! And yes, they are good for you, even if you think cheese is bad for you and on the NO list! We don’t eat a lot of cheese but far out when we do eat it we really really really enjoy it! Lots of you read that we kind of gave up paleo, AKA we’re less strict and have less stress around our food choices. So cheese is on the once a week list.
