Skipping Girl (aka Little Audrey) was one of the first animated neon signs in Australia, installed at Nycander & Co. Vinegar in Abbotsford, Melbourne, in 1936. There are three theories for Skipping Girl's true identity: a girl sketched in a children's competition (Kitty Minogue) another who used to skip near the factory (Alma Burns), and a junior artist at Claude Neone (Irene Barron).
