Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease a loaf tin and line the sides with greaseproof paper, set aside. Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients, stirring with a wooden spoon until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 60-75 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely before cutting into slices. 1 ea. flax egg = (0.3 oz flaxseed meal +2 oz. water) or (8g + 60ml)
