In 2018-2019 we renovated our gym. . . Did it transform in a blink? No. Was it easy to do? No. Was it rewarding? HELL YEAH! . Just like body transformations, it took TIME and EFFORT. If you want things to change, mentally and physically (can't have one without the other... more on that in another post) It WILL take TIME, CONSISTENCY & ACCOUNTABILITY. . . Want that Tight Arse? STEP UP your game, baby.

Our Sled Track getting used straight after install. Seems our 80kg TiYR was not heavy enough for our boys! Add a trainer and some dumbbells just for fun.... Exercise is FUN with us! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

And its looking a little something like this! Our Studio *Playground* is taking shape, Sled Track 🛷 *Toy* has been installed, as well as our new flooring . Very happy with the energy and vibe we are creating. Unique, inviting and welcoming. Official launch coming soon! 🏋️‍♀️💪🎉🎈🔥

2019 is the year WE show You what WE are capable of. Slowly but surely our renovations are getting completed, the video above shows the before and during, more to come! All good things take time, we have taken over the existing studio at 334 St Kilda Rd, St Kilda, and made it ours. We aim to give you the AMAZING space you need to get the most out of your training, a space that is welcoming, friendly and respectful. A place that you enjoy coming to and motivates you to get the results you want.
