Making this yummy Double Lemon Mug Cake is super simple and FAST. You just put the ingredients in a large coffee mug (think Starbucks Grande), forget your mixer and beat with a fork. Then microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, let it sit for a minute or so and pour on a lemon glaze.
(With a sweet potato and olive oil infused with rosemary and garlic) Better than fries! Cut potatoes almost all the way through, drizzle olive oil, butter, some sea salt, and pepper over top and bake @ 425 for 40 minutes.

Bunny Cookie Bark 14 whole Oreos, broken up. 1 C pretzels, broken into pieces. I used the small stick pretzels 1 lb. white chocolate, almond bark or melts found in the bulk food section 1 C candy corn or M M's Colored sprinkles
Roasted Parmesan Potatoes these were Delicious! Creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I was making garlic bread, so instead of using the broiler, I brushed garlic butter (melted) on both the pan and the potato halves, then sprinkled both with parmesan. Placed the potatoes, cut side down on the baking pan and placed in the 425 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
