It's almost hard to believe that this has been our home for almost 4 years. We built the house in 2017, moved in on 01 Jan 2018, and in about 4 months, we will be celebrating 4 years of living in a tiny indoor jungle. Wow!
We're in the middle of winter here in subtropical Australia. The nights are getting cooler but it's still pretty cosy in the tiny as we find ourselves sitting on the couch wrapped in warm blankets with a nice cuppa. In the 3.5 years, we've been living in the tiny house, we haven't had the need for a heater. The sun warms up the house during the day. This heat gets stored inside keeping us nice & toasty in the evening.

This is such a great little work/gaming station. We used the cut-out piece from our kitchen sink as well as other pine-wood scraps and transformed them into a practical fold-away office desk. It didn't even cost us anything. In addition to that, we bought a smart TV and mounted it on a TV wall mount. Now, the TV works as a monitor during the day and TV at night.

Our living space from above, complete with cat and beautiful cedar floorboards. We treated the floorboards with an eco-friendly oil giving them a rosewood hue. We made the steps from leftover floorboards but left them natural to add some contrast and because we like it. 💚
