Students with ASD tend to be very routine/schedule-orientated. Allowing for students to have access to a daily schedule is important. Daily schedules can be only pictures, only words, or a combination of the two.
Could do a word a week by having students match the word to picture cards, like four corners. Have them move around the room and talk about why they picked the pic they did. Gets them thinking/talking/engaged.
Have each bin labeled as pictured and run everything off the Friday before - that way it's in place and ready to go for the next week! I like how these are big bins cuz that way all copies and supplies fit for each day.
