Whisk first five together in small bowl. In large skillet, heat 2 tsp oil over med. heat. Add pork+cook til no longer pink. Remove from pan. Add remaining oil to pan+cook broccoli for 3 min.. Add coleslaw mix, bamboo shoots+garlic. Stir Fry 3-4 min. or til broccoli is crisp-tender. Stir in soy sauce mix+pork. Heat through. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to pkg . Discard seasoning mix from Ramen noodles. Drain+add noodles to pork mixs. Toss to mix.
