Burwood Brickworks is a 20.5 hectare strategic redevelopment site located within the City of Whitehorse. In collaboration with Frasers Property Australia and a large multidisciplinary consultant team, we prepared a development plan and successfully obtained planning approval at Burwood Brickworks for a range of commercial and medium to high density residential development. A highlight of this project was the inclusion of the world’s most sustainable shopping centre.
