HOME: Plans & Exteriors

Looking for a Farm-Friendly, family-oriented, not-too open, floor plan. Large living room, a long dining room, and I prefer an area for a play room. The bedrooms do not have to be big. I need a powder room in the living area and a jack-n-jill bathroom for the kids. I would like a large screened in porch. We will convert a garage to suite or add a suite attached through a mud room. Goal - under 3000 Square Feet before the suite.
