Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Journal Pages (Printable & Digital)
A big part of complex PTSD after narcissistic abuse is ruminating about all of the atrocious things the narcissist has said and done, which achieves nothing and keeps you stuck in your trauma. One way to break this unhealthy pattern yourself at home is to journal daily. This helps to stop the thoughts from cycling around in your head and gets them down onto paper. A helpful part of the process is recognising that much of what the narcissist projected onto you was THEIR disowned wounding and had nothing to do with you personally. Use these journal sheets to sort through what wounding is yours to heal, and what is theirs to be passed back.

Narcissists intentionally refuse to give any closure at the end of a relationship for many reasons. They want to hold the control in their hands, they want to stop you from moving on, plus giving closure would mean having to take accountability for their part in the break-down of the relationship (something that is NEVER going to happen). Give yourself the closure you need by writing out everything you wish you could say to their face and then burn it, releasing all of your stuck energy and emotions back to the universe.
