Narcissism Meme
When you don’t understand you’re dealing with a narcissist, you put so much energy into trying to teach them how to be decent human beings. What a colossal waste of time that was!
Having a Relationship with a Narcissistic Parent
If you have a parent with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and you are wondering how you can possibly have a relationship with this person, here's the deal. 1️⃣ Firstly, you need to GIVE UP all hope that they'll change or learn to live from the heart in any shape or form. It ain't gonna happen. They are effectively caged on an unconscious level and have a dark energy working through them, which is for life. 2️⃣ Secondly, don't expect them to ever do anything for you out of love. They simply do not have the capacity. All connection with their authentic soul was severed a long time ago and with that went the ability to love. I know these are bitter pills to swallow. After all, your parents are supposed to be the one (or two) people who should love you unconditionally.
Closure Letter to a Narcissist (Printable & Digital)
Narcissists intentionally refuse to give any closure at the end of a relationship for many reasons. They want to hold the control in their hands, they want to stop you from moving on, plus giving closure would mean having to take accountability for their part in the break-down of the relationship (something that is NEVER going to happen). Give yourself the closure you need by writing out everything you wish you could say to their face and then burn it, releasing all of your stuck energy and emotions back to the universe.
Example Closure Letter to a Narcissist
Writing your own closure letter is both healing for the soul and helps to release the stuck emotions from your energetic field. Here's my closure that I wrote to my narcissistic ex, then burned in a Burn & Release Ceremony.
Closure Letter and Burn & Release Ceremony
A great way to help your healing process at home, after coming out of a toxic relationship, is to give yourself the closure you need. Write your own closure letter and perform a Burn & Release Ceremony so that you have a chance to say all of the things you need to say (without ever having to face the other person). Then burn the letter with a candle and visualise the negative energy and emotions leaving your body and going back to the universe for transmutation. Doing this on a full moon is even more powerful.
Giving Yourself Closure After Narcissistic Abuse
One of the most important and painful truths we must learn from dealing with narcissists is that WE must give ourselves all of the things our soul is looking for. Seeking those things outside of ourselves leaves us open to manipulation and at the mercy of nefarious entities who DO NOT have our best interests at heart. With this Closure Letter to a Narcissist kit, you will be able to understand the 'why' behind the narcissist's refusal to give you closure. From there you can take your power back and give it to yourself. Writing your own closure letter is both healing for the soul and helps to release the stuck emotions from your energetic field.
Why You'll Never Get Closure from a Narcissist
You will never get any closure from a narcissist. They will intentionally withhold it from you, just like they withheld everything else that was important to you throughout the relationship when it suited them. Yet, without closure, you'll be left feeling stuck and unable to move on from the narcissist (which is exactly where they want you).
