DIY Respiratory Rub *Tin or glass jar *3 TBS Shea butter *3 TBS refined coconut oil *20 drops respiratory blend *5 drops peppermint EO *5 drops eucalyptus EO *5 drops rosemary EO. Melt the shea butter and coconut oil in a double boiler. After the butter/oil has liquified, allow it to cool about 10 min then add essential oils.
