Have you heard of the Accoya process? The Accoya process of treating pine involves preserving it in a vinegar-like acid, and allows the timber to be durable, recycleable, non-toxic and extremely light-weight, despite its thickness. This type of timber makes the perfect canvas for our Cutting Boards. They have a thick grain and are very sturdy, making them last in a busy kitchen, and easy to work with thanks to their light weight. Say hello to your new favourite cutting board!
