FAST ED: PEAR, RASPBERRY & COCONUT BREAD. Ed's other version of this uses 2 cups SR flour, 125g caster sugar & substitutes the coconut cream with 1 cup natural yoghurt (also omit the desiccated coconut). Use 400g tin of sliced pears, drained and diced.
