Baked oatmeal to go-- instead of granola bars! My girls really like these. The recipe says it makes 18 but I got 24 out of it and the cups were completely full. I did 12 with raisins on top and 12 with raspberries mixed in the batter. Needed to be cooked 5-10 minutes longer
I used uncooked Kashi Maple Oatmeal and plain yogurt and no calorie brown sugar and less nuts... was great!! Another pinner says: know I already pinned this, but I have made this almost everyday for a week and I have felt so much better since I have started! I don't feel sleepy in the mornings, but also it's got plenty of protein to hold me over until lunch! Everybody should try this!
