"While this activity is great for toddlers learning fine motor skills, this same repetitive task would help me with my left arm. I have little use of the arm or hand and it's difficult to use my fingers. I do daily physical therapy to keep the circulation going and muscle alive--this would be a great short exercise to add. And I already know it's going to be tough."
