Two days ago a close friend of mine took his own life after a party he threw for all of his friends. It was a goodbye party. No one knew. Men need to be able to have someone to talk to without being ashamed. Please be there for ur friends before it's too late. Spread awareness. I remember years ago listening to a doctor speak on the radio and something stuck with me ever since.
