Edwardian sterling silver vanity and dressing set, makers mark Henry Matthews, Birmingham, circa 1901 fashioned in a neoclassical manner with repousse patterns of scrolled shields, masks and partridges within a ground of flora and lattice. The eighteen piece set includes 2 trays, 2 hair brushes and a mirror, 3 clothes brushes, 4 cut crystal jars, a lidded box, a comb, a shoe horn, a button hook, a curling tong and a glove stretcher, housed within the original velvet and satin lined box.
