Roast Pork in Spicy Tomato sauce on Pasta ~This is a really simple meal that takes minutes to throw together and it’s ready in the time it takes the pasta to cook. I added some of the left-over oven roasted vegetables from Sunday dinner to the spicy sauce and it tasted delicious. Great meal for those Mondays when you’re exhausted, the family’s starving and you have places to go………….RUTH YEAMAN.
