QUICK, HEALTHY BEEF & VEGGIES WITH NOODLES
Lightning fast and soooo delicious. You can use any veggies you like in this. If they take longer to cook, just throw them in earlier. You can also use chicken or pork mince for this one. My girls love this recipe, minus the chilli, so we have this on a regular basis. Serves 4

LEMONGRASS BEEF CURRY
This was our BEST SELLER when we did our take home meals. Everybody LOVED it and we have decided to give the recipe to you so you can enjoy making this AMAZING curry at home. It’s one of the easiest recipes to make – it’s gluten free and dairy free as well. Literally throw it all into a pot or slow cooker and that’s it! You don’t even have to brown off the beef – winner! Serves 4 Prep time: 20 mins Cook time: 4 hours (oven), 8 hours (slow cooker)

This is one of my favourite dishes of all time!!! I have been making it for over 15 years!!! This dish is perfect for a simple weeknight meal or also AMAZING as an entertaining dish. This bolognaise is perfect for the whole family. I add grated carrot and zucchini and it can barely be seen when the dish is done. My girls don’t even flinch when they have this. Basically tastes the same, but includes some veggies. Serves 4-6

BRRRRRRR, it’s freezing!!! Make sure you give this absolutely deliciously, amazing curry a go. Literally throw it all into a pot or slow cooker and that’s it!!!! You don’t even have to brown off the beef – winner!!!!! Leave out the chilli to make it kid friendly. Use any beef cut which is good for slow cooking (eg. Oyster blade , chuck steak, brisket). Have your butcher cut it into big pieces or do it yourself. Serves 4 Prep time: 20 mins Cook time: 4 hours (oven), 8 hours (slow cooker)
