The composition of this image is very good as the individual has been placed on the left hand side to differentiate away from the abstract lighting, altogether making the image visually more striking. The use of monochrome really adds to the dramatic feel of the image as it looks like the individual is torn between both good and bad sides. The fact the individual is also smaller than the rest of the image makes the photograph more central around her.
