Lemon Cake Balls (no bake). Condensed milk, crushed biscuits, coconut and lemon – a match made in heaven. These balls are easy to make whether you have a Thermomix, food processor or do it by hand. They are great to keep in the freezer for when unexpected guests pop around or you just need something sweet to get you through the afternoon. I can’t get enough of these things!
2 packets of Tim Tam's can of condensed milk Desiccated coconut or grated chocolate Method: Crush Tim Tams in a blender. Fold in condensed milk. Roll mixture into balls, then roll in coconut or grated chocolate. Refrigerate until firm.
Caramello Slice 250g Caramello chocolate 1 packet of plain biscuits (crushed) ¼ cup butter ½ tin condensed milk. Directions Break chocolate into pieces and melt with butter in the microwave. Stir in condensed milk and crushed biscuits. Press into rectangle tray and refrigerate until set. You could spread or drizzle melted chocolate over the top or sprinkle with coconut or other toppings
