There’s no need to season the slice with salt as the French onion soup mix, cheese and bacon do that for you. Ingredients • 400g zucchini, coarsely grated • 5 eggs • 150g (1 cup) self-raising flour • 40g sachet French onion soup mix • 2 green shallots, thinly sliced • 175g shortcut bacon, chopped • 60g butter, melted • 100g (1 cup) grated cheddar cheese
